If this English version differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions for using Semonemo World (semonemoworld.com, including The Timeless World at timeless.semonemoworld.com; the “Service”) provided by Semonemo Universe (the “Operator”), and the rights and obligations of the Operator and members.

2. Definitions
- “Member” means a person who agrees to these Terms and signs up for the Service. One account covers the whole Service.
- “Content” means all works provided on the Service, including text, images, reviews, webtoon-style episodes, and novels.
- “Posts” means what members leave on the Service, such as comments and answers to end-of-episode questions.
3. Effect and Changes
These Terms take effect when posted on the Service. We may change them within the limits of applicable law, with notice 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to members).
4. Sign-up
Anyone aged 14 or older may sign up with a Google account after agreeing to these Terms and to the collection and use of personal information. We may cancel sign-ups made with false or another person’s information.
5. Account
You are responsible for the Google account you use to log in. You may not transfer or share your account.
6. The Service
We provide public content and members-only content free of charge. What is published, unlock conditions, and release schedules may change.
7. Paid Services
We do not currently offer paid services. Before we start, we will add pricing, payment, withdrawal, and refund terms to these Terms and give 30 days’ notice.
8. Copyright
The Operator owns the copyright in all Content. You may use Content only for personal viewing. Copying, distributing, transmitting, creating derivative works from, or using Content as AI training data without permission is prohibited.
9. Posts
You keep the rights to your posts. We use them only to display them on the Service. We may hide or delete posts that violate the law or these Terms without notice.
10. Member Obligations
You must not:
- Share your account or leak members-only Content
- Interfere with the Service, including by using automated scraping tools
- Infringe the rights of others or violate the law
11. Restriction and Account Closure
You may close your account at any time with “Close account” on your profile. If you violate Section 10, we may restrict your use or terminate your membership after notice.
12. Changes to and Suspension of the Service
We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance or events beyond our control, with advance notice where possible.
13. Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our control or by a member’s fault.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
