Semonemo Universe (the “Operator”) processes the personal information of users of Semonemo World (semonemoworld.com, including The Timeless World at timeless.semonemoworld.com; the “Service”) under the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. If this English version differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. Purposes
- Sign-up, identification, and login (Google account)
- Providing content and keeping records of what you read and unlock
- Community features such as comments
- Responding to inquiries and sending notices
- Improving the Service through visitor statistics
- Sending news about new content (only if you opt in)

3. Retention
We delete your information without delay when you close your account, except:
- Access logs: 3 months under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act
- Google Analytics data: deleted after 14 months
- Comments written before closing your account stay on the Service, unlinked from your account and shown as “former traveler”. Email semonemoworld@gmail.com any time if you want them deleted.

6. Third Parties
We do not share your information with third parties, except where required by law or by a lawful request from investigative authorities.
7. Destruction
When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete information without delay in a way that cannot be recovered.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your information at any time, and you may withdraw consent by closing your account with “Close account” on your profile. Send other requests to semonemoworld@gmail.com. A legal representative or authorized agent may also make requests.
9. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in (shared by semonemoworld.com and timeless.semonemoworld.com) and to measure visits, and we keep display settings such as language and text size, and your prologue progress before sign-up, in your browser’s storage. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features such as login may not work.
10. Children
Only users aged 14 or older may sign up. We do not collect information from children under 14.
11. Security
We restrict data access (row-level access control, separate administrator rights), encrypt data in transit (HTTPS), and keep access logs.
